The parliamentary wisdom bloc affirmed that it did not object to any candidate to form a government, and that the aim of wisdom is to move the candidate forward to form a government and get out of the crisis.
The representative of the al-Hikma block Hassan Fadaam said in a statement to the Iraqi News Agency (INA) today, Thursday, that "the al-Hikma bloc did not object to any of the names proposed for candidacy," noting that "the lack of objection by al-Hikma to any candidate was in the interest of Iraq to overcome the crisis. "
He added, "The position of the Wisdom Block was clear, by playing a role in bringing together the non-harmonious parties in Seven."
He explained, “When the candidate Adnan Al-Zurfi was presented, he did not object to the Al-Hikma movement, and he informed the existing parties that there is no veto with Al-Hikma on the nomination of Al-Zurfi.”
He continued, "The stream of wisdom considers it necessary to have a Shiite majority supporting al-Zurfi in order to pass his cabinet in the House of Representatives." In that "these discussions and dialogues will be productive, and if he is unable to form his government, he will apologize for the formation."
