The Border Ports Authority revealed today, Thursday, its border procedures with the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The Director of Border Ports, Omar Al-Waeli, told Iraqi News Agency (INA): "The Ports Administration directed all health centers operating in the ports with Iran to activate and verify the examination and take the necessary action with travellers and goods in health and veterinary quarries working in the border ports," pointing out that "the examination does not It includes arrivals only and even goods from Iran and everything that causes transmission. "
He added, "Since the spread of human immunodeficiency virus, a retrovirus that causes AIDS (HIV) infections in China, the Prime Minister held an emergency meeting and informed the Minister of Health of the formation of a crisis cell that laid out directions and proactive solutions," stressing that "strict measures have been taken after registering HIV infections in Iran."
