First reported CoronaVirus cases in Egypt

The Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population and the World Health Organization announced on Friday, in a joint statement the discovery of the first case of Corona virus for a foreigner inside the country.
The statement pointed out that lab analyzes of the suspected case were positive for the virus, but ‘without the appearance of any symptoms’.
Health authorities in Egypt transferred the patient with one of the self-sterilized ambulances to the hospital for isolation and health follow-up.
The ministry statement indicated that the health status of the patient is completely stable at the present time.
