The media office of the head of the State of Law coalition said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency that the head of the State of Law coalition Nuri al-Maliki discussed in his office two separate meetings with the ambassadors of the United States and France in Iraq, the developments of the political situation and the repercussions of the crisis in the region after the American-Iranian conflict.
The statement added that Al-Maliki stressed that Iraq seeks to strengthen its relations with all countries of the world on the basis of mutual respect and cooperation in various fields, stressing" the need to work to avoid escalation and the pursuit of all countries, especially European countries, in turn to support Iraq and defuse crises and spare the world conflicts and wars ".
