The Iraqi News Agency publishes the text of the Prime Minister's letter addressed to the council of Representatives, which he pointed out several points, the most prominent of which recommends going to end the presence of foreign forces in Iraq and resolving the file of forming the next government and ending the state of daily affairs.

The text of the letter also stated that the Iraqi government did not give any approval to enter the green district and that US President Donald Trump asked that Iraq play a mediating role for the truce with Iran and that the American side conveyed to us that Israel targeted the PMF headquarters.

Abdul-Mahdi also pointed to the commander of the Quds Force Qassem Sulaymani, who was carrying a message from the Iranian side regarding a Saudi Arabia, and that the American targeting added new complications to the scene, and that it will be difficult for the Iraqi forces now to protect foreign forces.
