The Secretariat of the Council of Ministers announces important moves to implement reform packages related to reducing the retirement age and agricultural land

    As part of a series of decrees issued by the Council of Ministers, a spokesman for the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers Haider Majeed announced that the Legal Department in the Council of Ministers General Secretariat, with the National Retirement Authority, continues to finalize the amendment of the Retirement Law, for the purpose of ratification by the Council of Ministers, and refer it to the Council of Ministers.

    Majeed told the Iraqi News Agency: The amendment will include reducing the retirement age to 60 years instead of 63.Concerning the actions of the ministries related to the reform packages, the spokesman of the Secretariat confirmed, The follow-up room for the implementation of decisions in the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers continues its meetings with the ministries for the purpose of following up the implementation mechanism.

    She announced that the Ministry of Agriculture has allocated 5,000 dunams this month for the agricultural full-time association in Wasit province, and go to allocate 5,000 dunums to agricultural full-time in Baghdad province, and that the proceeding of the allocation procedures are continuing.
