Optimism helps improve sleep quality. Optimistic people can sleep longer and do not suffer from insomnia, according to a recent study by the University of Illinois.
According to the study, which involved more than 3,500 people, aged between 32 and 51 years, optimists can sleep for longer periods of uninterrupted.
Those who are more positive get a good sleep by 78 percent, while pessimists suffer from symptoms of insomnia and tendency to sleepiness during the day.
