The Popular Mobilization Forces completed on Wednesday their tasks at the ‘Second Will of Victory’ Operation; achieving all set goals.
A statement by the Popular Mobilization (Ina received a copy of) said: “The Popular Mobilization Forces participating in the second phase of ‘Will of Victory’ Operations completed their security tasks, with all set goals achieved within north of Baghdad and surrounding areas: Al-Anbar, Saladin, and Diyala Governorates”.
