
INA - Baghdad General Secretary of the Cabinet, Mahdi Al-Alaq and Finland’s official representative for Iraq, Roving Ambassador Päivi Laine discuss mutual cooperation in economy and trade as well as mutual industries. “Iraq looks forward to developing the mutual relations between the two countries and investing in the Information Technology which helps to improve the industry in the country,” Al-Alaq said during the meeting. Laine explained that Finland desires to invest in reconstructing the infrastructure Iraq especially in the field of developing the electric energy and offering technological experience in this regard.
