INA - Baghdad Around 2000 women and children of Daesh are in Iraqi prisons, Ministry of Interior announced on Wednesday. “The prisoners of around 604 women and 1337 children of Daesh have different IDs,” Saad Maan, MOI spokesman stated during a press conference. They were arrested after recapturing Mosul from Daesh terrorist groups. Some of the arrested women have been sent to trial whereas the children are waiting for the results of the Iraqi diplomatic dialogues regarding their departure back to homelands.
