MEGHAN Markle and Prince Harry celebrate their first wedding anniversary today, and to commemorate the occasion the royal couple has shared never-before seen pictures of the royal wedding.
Last year Meghan Markle and Prince Harry wed in a lavish ceremony at St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle on May 19. Meghan wore a stunning white dress designed by Clare Waight Keller, wearing a beautiful veil that gave a sweet nod to the 53 nations of the Commonwealth. To celebrate their one year anniversary the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have shared never-before seen pictures of their royal wedding on the Instagram account @Sussexroyal.
The photographs, many in black and white, capture special moments from last year’s royal wedding, including an intimate picture showing Meghan with mum Doria Ragland.
Other images show Prince Harry excitedly heading to the church with older brother Prince William and Meghan being handed her bridal bouquet.
The photographs also show fresh angles on official photographs, such as the one of Meghan and Harry sitting with their young bridesmaids and pageboys and of the royal couple’s kiss outside of the Chapel.
The final image in the short compilation of photographs is of the royal fans who came out in huge numbers to try and catch a glimpse of the royal couple on their wedding day and thanks them “for making the memory of this day so special”.
