Minister of Foreign Affairs Mohammed Ali al-Hakeem received the British ambassador to Iraq Jon Wilks on Thursday.
Both have discussed the bilateral ties between Baghdad and London and the means to improve it.
“Iraq is looking forward for the support of the friendly countries support in terms of reconstructing the infrastructure of the Iraqi cities,” al-Hakeem said.
He asserted at the same time to exchange expertise, work and coordination between the two countries in addition to the mutual trade and investment.
