Trade Minister Mohammad Hashim al-Ani discussed on Sunday with South Korean Ambassador to Iraq Jang Kyung-wook the activation of bilateral relations and increasing trade exchange between the two countries.
The Ministry of Commerce in a statement received by INA that Al-Ani noted during the meeting to the importance of the entry of Korean companies to invest in Iraq and the establishment of real partnerships with the private sector, especially as Iraq has a large economic market able to absorb and attract major global companies in light of the stability of the security situation .
