Abdul-Mahdi discusses with the heads of French companies investments in various fields

In a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency on Friday, Abdul-Mehdi said that he received at his residence in Paris the heads and senior officials of major French companies to discuss the opportunities of their participation and increase their presence in Iraq and review the map of large investments in economic and oil fields Electricity, industry, transport, communications, infrastructure and in various fields and provinces of Iraq.

Iraq is looking forward to increasing the presence of French companies in Iraq and their contribution to the development of its economy and reconstruction and to meet its diverse needs in light of the unprecedented stability witnessed by the investment opportunities and huge human resources and labor, in addition to its openness to the external environment, Abdul Mahdi said, With the French companies and the experiences that they enjoy and the availability of their extensive job opportunities, stressing the willingness of the government to provide the requirements of work and the appropriate investment environment in front of them.
