The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) expressed, on Sunday, its strong condemnation and denunciation of the provocative statements issued by the Prime Minister of the Zionist entity, Benjamin Netanyahu, regarding the establishment of a Palestinian state on the lands of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The ministry stated, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), "We condemn and denounce the provocative statements issued by the Prime Minister of the Zionist entity, Benjamin Netanyahu, regarding the establishment of a Palestinian state on the lands of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia."
The ministry affirmed its "categorical rejection of these statements, which constitute a flagrant violation of the sovereignty of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and an assault on the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people, in addition to their violation of the rules of international law and the Charter of the United Nations."
It stressed "Iraq's full solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia," affirming "its firm position in supporting the security, stability and sovereignty of states."
"It pointed out that 'any violation of the national sovereignty of any country is completely unacceptable.'"
