The Russian Supreme Court was visited by Faiq Zeidan, President of the Supreme Judicial Council, on Wednesday in order to discuss joint judicial ideas and gain insight into the Russian Supreme Court's operations.
"The President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Faiq Zaidan, visited the Russian Supreme Court today with his accompanying delegation and met with the President of the First Supreme Court, Pyotr Serkov," reads a statement from the Supreme Judicial Council that was obtained by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
He stated, "The visit aims to exchange common judicial ideas between the judicial systems in the two countries and to learn about the work and composition of the court."
