Saudi Al-Nassr FC delegation tours around Baghdad, Iraq

The head of the delegation of the Saudi Al-Nassr FC, Executive Director Ahmed Al-Ghamdi, and the team's sporting director, the bright Spanish star Fernando Hierro, made a tour around Baghdad, Iraq on Monday.

"Al-Ghamdi and Hierro accompanied us on a morning tour around Baghdad," said the head of the Iraqi Football Association, Adnan Dirjal, in a statement - received by the Iraqi News Agency - INA. 

Dirjal added that "the guests expressed their overwhelming happiness with the visit to Iraq, an exception in everything. The depth of the bonds of love that bind the two brotherly countries was highlighted as well."

In turn, the star of the Spanish national teams and Real Madrid FC, Fernando Hierro, expressed his "happiness with the visit to Baghdad despite its short duration," indicating that he "aspires to visit it at other times, and see its landmarks in a big way."

Al-Ghamdi expressed his "big thanks and appreciation for the warm reception" by the Iraqi Football Association, stressing that "this is not new for Iraq and its people."
