The Minister of Interior, Abdul Amir Al-Shammari, arrived on Tuesday, in Holy Karbala to oversee the implementation of the plan to secure the rituals to commemorate of Muharram,according to the statement of Interior Ministery, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
