The President of the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate extended congratulations on Saturday to the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) for securing first place at the 24th Arab Radio and Television Festival held in Tunisia.
In a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), Al-Lami remarked, "We congratulate the Iraqi Media Network on winning 8 awards, including first place, at the 24th Arab Radio and Television Festival in Tunisia."
He emphasized, "This achievement underscores the network's exceptional performance and commitment to advancing media content and meaningful programming," noting that "the Journalists Syndicate acknowledges this significant success and pledges its steadfast support to the network, its management, and staff, to continue their development and service to our beloved Iraq."
IMN garnered top honors at the festival, securing first place in categories such as the TV Program Exchange Award, Comprehensive Program Exchange Award, and Radio Program Exchange Award. The program "Through Arab Eyes" from Al-Mustansiriyah School, produced by IMN, received the festival's top prize.
Additionally, IMN was awarded first place in the Pioneers of Scientific Research in the Arab World Award for its program "Ibn Al-Haytham," excelled in news exchange and coordination, and the Republic of Iraq Radio received a special appreciation award during the festival.
