PUK calls on US troops not to withdraw from Kurdish areas in Syria

Patriotic Union of Kurdistan – PUK called on the US troops not to withdraw from the Kurdish areas in Syria.

 “We are concerned with the news of the unfortunate updates of the US withdrawal from Syria,” stated PUK.

PUK statement also included that the US must reconsider this decision and keep on countering terrorism as well as to reach out a political settlement that guarantees a fair share for the Kurds to be included in even writing the constitution.
