The Commander-in-Chief follows up on the security plans for Eid al-Adha and directs to facilitate the movement of citizens

    This Sunday evening, Prime Minister and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Mohammad Shia Al-Sudani, followed up on the security plans for Eid Al-Adha and directed to facilitate the movement of citizens.
     
     
    The Prime Minister’s Media Office said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): that “The Prime Minister, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Mohammad Shia al-Sudani, conducted this evening a visit to the headquarters of the Joint Operations Command in order to follow up on the progress of implementing the security plan for Eid al-Adha. "
      "Al-Sudani reviewed the security procedures for securing public entertainment and service facilities, and directed to facilitate the movement of citizens. He also briefly listened to the necessary procedures for the movement of groups of pilgrims, back and forth, and the most important updates made by the operations commanders in their areas of responsibility, praising the efforts of the security forces, in extending security and achieving traffic flow during Eid days, he directed that more be done to maintain security stability.”
    According to the statement “The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces stressed that the rapid response to security incidents and deal with it ensures that citizens do not rely on inaccurate information circulated on social media, as there is the ability to confront various security challenges.”
