Yarallah arrives at Basra Ops sector, heading a high-level security delegation

A high-level security delegation, headed by the Chief of Staff of the Army, Lieutenant General First Special Forces Staff Abdul Amir Rashid Yarallah, arrived ,on Monday ,at the Basra operations district.

The Defense Ministry said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that "the chief of staff of the Army, Lieutenant General of the Special Forces, Major General Abdul Amir Rashid Yarallah, arrived the Basra operations district, accompanied by the operations assistant and the commander of the ground forces”.

The statement added that "the visit came to oversee the security situation and the distribution of military units within the operations sector".
