PM: Thorough investigation upon the run-over incident in Basra

INA - BAGHDAD

PM Muhammed S. Al-Sudani called on Tuesday, the Governor of Basra to discuss the aftermath of the tragic accident in which schoolchildren were run over in the Hartha district, Basra.

During the call, the Prime Minister extended his condolences to the families of the victims, expressing "his deep sympathy for them," and wishing "a speedy recovery for the wounded."

He directed a thorough investigation of the accident and all its circumstances, instructing to quickly provide aid and medical care to the wounded.
