Due to jurisdictions, Federal Court dismisses a lawsuit calling off a Parliamentary session dedicated to elect the Speaker

The Federal Court refused a lawsuit on Monday that sought to call off the parliament's speaker election.  
 
"The Federal Supreme Court decided today to dismiss the lawsuit to cancel the session to elect the speaker of parliament," stated the Iraqi News Agency (INA) reporter. 
 
 He said, "Lack of jurisdiction was the cause of this."
