31 violating trucks seized in the Northern Region Customs Directorate

The General Authority of Customs announced on Saturday, the seizure of 31 violating trucks in the Northern Region Customs Directorate.
 
 “The Investigation and Anti-Smuggling Department in the Northern Region Customs Directorate was able to seize (31) trucks loaded with cigarettes, freezers, aluminum, a grain and seed screening plant, various electrical appliances, used laboratory parts, and pipes plastic, cloth and other various materials in violation of the applicable import conditions and controls,” The authority stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
 
 “The seizure operation was carried out in cooperation with the customs police, and legal measures were taken against violations in accordance with the customs law,” The authority noted.
