Electricity Ministry launches E-payment project for levies

The Minister of Electricity, Ziad Ali Fadel, announced on Saturday, the launch of E-payment project for levies.

 “Under the directive of Prime Minister Muhammad Shia al-Sudani, the Ministry of Electricity announced today officially the launch of the electronic payment application to pay electricity bills through electronic payment cards,” Fadel said in a statement to the Iraqi News Agency (INA), “the application it will include Baghdad Governorate completely, and the experience will be generalized to all Iraqi governorates.”
