The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Naem Al-Aboudi, confirmed today, Thursday, the readiness of Iraqi university institutions to exchange experiences and programs.
The Ministry stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that “Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Naem Al-Aboudi, received a delegation from University College London, and the meeting, which was attended by Professor Elinor Robson and two representatives from the Al-Nahrain Network and the British Council in Baghdad, included a presentation of coordination paths with universities regarding formulating joint scientific cooperation programs.
The Minister of Education affirmed according to the statement, “the readiness of Iraqi university institutions to exchange experiences and programs that would strengthen the areas of development and training that would benefit the environment of higher education and scientific research in Iraq.”.
In turn, members of the visiting delegation reviewed the possibilities of bilateral cooperation with Iraqi universities, especially in the historical and archaeological specializations sites that indicate the ancient cultural identity of the Republic of Iraq.
