The Iraqi Airways, affiliated with the Ministry of Transport, announced today, Friday, the resumption of its flights between Iraq and Azerbaijan.
A statement from the ministry, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), said: “Based on the directives of the Minister of Transport, Razzaq Muhaibas, to expand national transportation destinations, the management of the General Company for Iraqi Airways announces the resumption of its scheduled flights between Iraq and Azerbaijan, starting from the date of February 10, 2024.”.
The statement added, “The mechanism for implementing scheduled flights will be one flight per week as a first stage.”.
