The Minister of Agriculture, Abbas Jabr al-Maliki, arrived today, Wednesday, in the Turkish capital, Ankara, in response to an official invitation.
The Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Ankara said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): that “The Minister of Agriculture, Abbas Jabr al-Maliki, arrived this evening in the Turkish capital, Ankara, in response to an invitation addressed to him by his Turkish counterpart, Ibrahim Yumakli.”
The statement added, "The two ministers will hold a bilateral meeting tomorrow, Thursday, to discuss frameworks for joint agricultural cooperation between the two neighboring countries."
