Prime Minister Muhammed S. Al-Sudani met on Tuesday, on the sidelines of Davos 54th Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum in Switzerland with Chairman of HKN Energy Oil Company, Ross Perot Jr..
The meeting involved discussions on oil projects and explored opportunities for partnership and development in the energy sector, according to a statement by the Iraqi News Agency - INA.
Al-Sudani outlined the government's plans to enhance the oil sector, and expand gas investments, and upcoming licensing rounds were also reviewed.
He highlighted Iraq's willingness to engage in all forms of cooperation with international companies possessing modern technology, emphasizing "the commitment to persist in efforts to enhance the Iraqi investment environment."
