Barcelona is preparing its first offer to retain Cancelo

FC Barcelona has set a financial ceiling regarding its efforts to buy full-back Joao Cancelo permanently from Manchester City.

“Sport” newspaper reported that Cancelo does not want to return to Man City again, after he was loaned to Bayern Munich last January, and then Barcelona at the beginning of the current season. It added, “Bavarian refused to activate the clause to buy Cancelo worth 70 million euros.
