Iraq National Team earned third place in the Jordanian International Friendly Quadruple Championship after defeating its Jordanian counterpart on penalties.
“The original time of the match ended in a draw with two goals each," said the reporter of the Iraqi News Agency - INA.
The Jordanian team scored first by Yazan Al-Naimat in minute 31 of the match, while our team tied in minute 69 by Ayman Hussein before Ali Al-Hammadi scored.
Iraq went with a second goal in minute 75, while the Jordanian team was able to bring a draw by Yazan Al-Naimat also in minute 79.
With this victory, the Iraq national team achieved third place in the Jordanian International Quadruple Friendly Championship.
