Al-Mandalawi calls for an urgent investigation to reveal the circumstances of the Hamdaniyah tragedy

First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, called today, Wednesday, for an urgent investigation to uncover the circumstances of the Hamdaniyah tragedy.
 
 
The media office of the First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that “The First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, made two phone calls with the Minister of Health, Saleh Al-Hasnawi, and the Governor of Nineveh, Najm Al-Jubouri, to follow up on the conditions of those injured in the fire incident of Hamdaniyah District.
The statement added, "Al-Mandalawi take sponsor that critical cases of those injured in the Hamdaniyah tragedy to transport via a private plane outside Iraq, and that he will cover the full costs of their travel and treatment. He also followed up with the Ministry of Health the needs required to provide appropriate care for those injured in the accident."
The First deputy called on the government to conduct an urgent investigation to reveal the circumstances of this tragedy, and to hold all those negligent accountable. He also conveyed his condolences to the families of the victims, asking God Almighty to cover them with His mercy.
