The death of former international player Sharar Haider

    The President of the Football Association, Adnan Darjal, announced the death of former international player Sharar Haidar.

    Darjal said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): “With great sadness and sorrow, we extend our condolences to the sports community, the football family, and the family of the deceased on the passing of the international player and former Karkh club president, Sharar Haider, and we ask God Almighty to dwell him in His spacious paradise, and to inspire us with patience and solace in his loss.”
