Al-Hakim and Al-Abadi renew support for the government in implementing its service program

The head of the National Wisdom Movement, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, renewed today, Sunday, with the head of the leadership council of the National State Forces Alliance, Haider al-Abadi, support for the government of Prime Minister Muhammad Shia’ al-Sudani in implementing its service program.
 
 
Al-Hakim said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "We discussed with Mr. Haider al-Abadi, the former Prime Minister and Chairman of the Leadership Council of the National State Forces Alliance, the developments of the political scene in Iraq and the upcoming entitlements, as we renewed our support for Al-Sudani government in implementing its service program."
He called for completing the preparations for the upcoming local elections, stressing the importance of keeping the local elections within its service framework, and called for competition on the basis of service and development programs that take into account the urgent needs of the governorates. It was also emphasized the need to pass laws that are in direct contact with the citizen and laws that complement the structure of the political system, maintaining the current stability and turning it into a permanent one.
