Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky confirmed today, Friday, that his country did not choose war, and we did not engage in any hostilities on the territory of other countries.
Zelensky said during his speech at the Arab Summit in Jeddah, which was followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "What is happening in our country is a war, not just a conflict," appreciating
the "Saudi mediation to release the prisoners.".
He added, "We welcome the investment of Arab countries in building Ukrainian ports," noting that "lifting part of Russia's blockade on the ports solved part of the grain crisis."
He continued, "I appeal to you to protect our people and the Ukrainian Muslim community."
