A statement by the Presidency of the Republic, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated, "The President of the Republic, Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, and the First Lady, Shanaz Ibrahim Ahmed, today, Friday, congratulated His Majesty King Charles III on the occasion of his coronation as King of the United Kingdom, during his reception, at Buckingham Palace, for well-wishers of Their Majesties. According to the statement, the President expressed his congratulations and wishes to His Majesty the King for success and for the United Kingdom to continue progress and prosperity.
