Military Intelligence arrests a terrorist group in Anbar

The Military Intelligence Directorate announced today, Sunday that it had arrested a number of terrorists in Anbar Province.

The Directorate stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "Based on accurate intelligence information of the Seventh Division of the Military Intelligence Directorate, and in cooperation with the holding security forces, an elaborate ambush was set up in the village of Al-Sinjak."

According to the statement "The ambush resulted in the arrest of 4 terrorists wanted by the judiciary, according to the provisions of Article 4 terrorism, who were working as a detachment in the terrorist gangs of ISIS as fighters in the district of Al-Qaim, and they were handed over to the requesting party on the ground and legally."
