Prime Minister Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani affirmed Today, Thursday, Iraq's commitment to a balanced policy to address global and regional crises.
The Media Office of the Prime Minister said in a statement, received by The Iraqi News Agency (INA), that “Prime Minister Mohammed S. Al-Sudani, held several meetings with the Ambassadors of European countries today to discuss cooperation, strengthening bilateral relations, and advancing common interests.
The statement added,"Al-Sudani received the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany, Mr. Martin Jaeger, and the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Spain, Mr. Pedro Martinez, and the Ambassador of the Vatican City, Mr. Mitja Leskovar."
During the meetings, the Prime Minister reaffirmed the Iraqi government's keenness to expand existing relations and develop them to serve the common interests of the Iraqi people and all friendly peoples.
Al-Sudani highlighted Iraq's openness to productive development partnerships, which focus on cooperation in facing global and regional challenges, reviving the economy, and confronting climate change and its effects.
PM Al-Sudani also reaffirmed Iraq's commitment to a balanced policy to address global and regional crises and endeavors to play an effective role in consolidating peace and stability, strengthening the capabilities of brotherly and friendly peoples to face various economic and social challenges.
