The Security Media Cell announced Thursday the arrival of a high-level security delegation to Kirkuk Governorate.
SMC said, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "A security delegation headed by the Deputy Commander of Joint Operations, Lieutenant General Qais Khalaf Al-Muhammadawi, and the commander of the ground forces, Lieutenant General Qassem Al-Muhammadi, and the staff in the two commands, arrived in Kirkuk Governorate."
It added, "The visit aims to overview the security plans for openness and maneuver with the aim of enhancing security and stability and ensuring command, control and unity of command, as well as standing up on the requirements of the security sectors."
