Receiving back the Iraqi School building in Russia

    INA – BAGHDAD
     
    Iraqi Ministry of Education announced on Wednesday, receiving back the Iraqi school building in Russia, after completing the administrative and legal procedures related between Iraq and Russia.
     
    "This step comes within the framework of the interest that the Minister of Education, Ibrahim Namis al-Jubouri, attaches to the educational aspect of Iraqi schools abroad. It is an achievement added to its chronology in the national service government led by PM Muhammed Shiaa Al-Sudani," according to the ministry’s statement received by the Iraqi News Agency – INA.
     
    The ceremony of handing over the keys to the building took place in the presence of the Ministry's Administrative Undersecretary, Falah Mahmoud Al-Qaisi, Head of Mission and Chargé d'Affaires of the Iraqi Embassy in Russia, Ali Abdul Karim, Director General of Cultural Relations, Alaa Abd Odeh Al-Waeli, and Director of Cultural Exchange, Firas Muhammad Hassan, included the statement.
     
    Al-Qaisi said, "We have succeeded, in direct coordination with the Russian authorities, in reopening the Iraqi school as an important educational edifice bearing the name of the homeland, in addition to teaching the Iraqi curricula in a country that cares about educational and cultural diversity," pointing out that "our role has emerged in the administrative follow-up of the school's workflow and resolving accumulated crises and extremely complex problems.”
     
    He expressed his thanks to "the Minister of Education for the unlimited support he provides to this institution, which is considered the cultural and scientific interface for the country and for all Arab communities."
