Advisor of the Prime Minister Sanna Al-Musawi announced on Sunday that the campaign to include those eligible within social protection will include all governorates, while noting that Labor Minister Ahmed Al-Asadi is participating in the campaign.
Al-Musawi told the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that "the largest campaign to include those eligible within the Social Protection Authority was launched today, in all the governorates of Iraq and in the poorest areas, according to the statistics of the Ministry of Planning."
She added that "the campaign is part of the government program confirmed by the Prime Minister to include the most deserving groups within the social protection network," noting that "the Minister of Labor and advanced cadres in the ministry are participating in the campaign in addition to searchers to cover the covered areas and conduct field search."
She stressed that "these areas need infrastructure, study the living conditions of families and provide aid to poor families," explaining that "the database includes one million and 700 families, as searchers can within two months search all families in all provinces of Iraq."
It’s worth mentioning that Prime Minister Mohamed Shia Al-Sudani announced on Sunday the launch of the largest search campaign within the social protection network.
Al-Sudani said in a tweet followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), "With the blessing of Allah, we launch, today, the largest search campaign within the social protection network."
He added that the campaign came "in commitment and implementation of the government program, which focuses on addressing poverty as one of the most important priorities."
