Al-Sudani orders to suspend the Governor of Diwaniyah

    Prime Minister, Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani, issued an order to suspend the Governor of Diwaniyah, Zuhair Ali Al-Shaalan.
     
    “PM Al-Sudani, issued an order to suspend the Governor of Diwaniyah, Zuhair Ali Al-Shaalan”, said the media office of the prime minster in a statement, received by The Iraqi News Agency (INA).
     
     
    The statement added that “This decision came due to the investigative procedures on suspicions of administrative and financial corruption, which the competent courts are reviewing.”
