The head of the Federal Integrity Commission, Haider Hanoun, announced today, Tuesday, the recovery of 4 billion dinars from one of those accused of stealing the century.
Hanoun said, during a press conference attended by the correspondent of the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "4 billion dinars have been recovered from one of the accused," noting that "the amount is part of the 17 billion dinars that must be paid by the accused, and it is part of the money for theft of the century."
"Also, within days, Iraq will recover more than 80 million dollars from the United States of America, which is part of the ex-regime's smuggled funds," Hanoun added.
