Interior Ministry counts the number of people arrested in drug cases during 2022

The Ministry of the Interior announced on Wednesday, the number of those arrested in drug cases during 2022,the Ministry's spokesman, Major General Khaled Al-Mahna, said in a statement to the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "The arrests of drug dealers take place on a daily basis," noting that "the number of those More than 14,000 suspects were arrested in drug cases during the current year, and this gives us a picture of the efforts of the security forces."

Al-Muhanna stressed the need for "there is a role for society through the media, clerics and education to educate our children from the danger of drug dealers."
