Ministry of Interior confirmed on Saturday, the preparation of a plan in addition to the implementation of coordinated and effective measures to strike terrorism.
"The Ministry of Interior continues to carry out pre-emptive operations targeting Daesh terrorist gangs, in addition to the specific operations carried out by the intelligence services, security forces, and effective air strikes. Terrorist threats still exist in some remote and remote areas," said the ministry's spokesman, Major General Khalid Al-Mhanna, to the Iraqi News Agency - INA.
He noted, "There is a will on the part of the government and the Ministry of Interior to level up effectiveness via a coordinated plan and procedures to support the intelligence services and security sectors, redeployment and coordination with the air force."
"The coming days will include the implementation of painful strikes against the terrorist gangs of Daesh," asserted Al-Mhanna.
