Prime Minister Muhammad Shia al-Sudani stressed today, Saturday, in his meeting with the President of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Pavel Talabani, the importance of the service role played by the executive institutions at the level of the Kurdistan region and the rest of the provinces.
The media office of the Prime Minister said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "The Prime Minister, Muhammad Shia' al-Sudani, received the President of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Pavel Talabani," noting that "the meeting witnessed discussion of the general political situation and the progress of government efforts." To implement the ministerial curriculum, and the importance of the service role played by the executive institutions at the level of the governorates of the Kurdistan region of Iraq and the rest of the governorates.
He added, "During the meeting, a number of files were reviewed at the level of national action between the federal government and the regional government, in a way that guarantees the provision of services to citizens, as well as following up the efforts made to secure the Iraqi borders and the progress of work in controlling them, in accordance with the decisions of the Ministerial Council for National Security."
