Al-sudani meets with the Governor of CBI

the Prime Minister, Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani, discussed on Monday, with the Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq(CBI), Mustafa Ghalib Mukheef ,the conduct of monetary transactions and the banking reality in Iraq.

A statement by the Prime Minister's Media Office, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated that "Prime Minister Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani met with the Governor of CBI, Mustafa Ghalib Mukheef."

The statement added, "Al-Sudani listened to a briefing on the conduct of monetary and banking transactions, and the rest of the aspects of the banking reality in Iraq, presented by the governor CBI."

It pointed out, "The meeting witnessed a review of all aspects of the CBI work, and the most important challenges facing the national economy."
