A member of the jury of the third Baghdad International Festival of Theater, artist Raed Mohsen, confirmed today, Saturday, that the Arab and foreign presence in it will reflect a bright image of the life in Baghdad and the artistic movement in Iraq, pointing out that this festival carried messages of peace to the world.
Mohsen explained in an exclusive statement to the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the festival, through its artistic messages, carried messages of peace to the world, the most important of which is the presence of the Russian and Ukrainian theater groups to the Baghdad International Theater Festival despite the war between the two countries and its disasters.".
He added, "The holding of art festivals in Iraq, despite the crises that the country is going through, opens new horizons for the Iraqi." stressing, "The great presence of the Arab and foreign audience is a great pride for Iraq, because this audience will convey a beautiful image of a safe life in Baghdad, peace.".
