Kirkuk Airport Administration: The capacity is up to 500,000 passengers annually

The Administration of Kirkuk International Airport announced today, Sunday, that the capacity of passengers for the airport is more than 500 thousand passengers annually.

The director of Kirkuk International Airport, Abdul Samad al-Kubaisi, said in an exclusive statement to the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the capacity of Kirkuk airport reaches 500,000 passengers annually, in addition to the grouping of pilgrims, Umrah visits and delegations."

  "The opening of Kirkuk airport will provide a great service to the governorates of Salah al-Din, Dayala and Nineveh, as well as the Kirkuk governorate," noting that "flights will be available to 5 million citizens to travel from Kirkuk to many Arab and international countries." According to the statement.
